CAD-like Dimensioning Tool for Sizing Geometric Entities

It would be great if Geogebra had a tool set for sizing geometry by placing arrowhead leaders with dimension values directly on geometric entities. It would work much like they do in typical CAD packages. It wouldn't need to be as extensive as SolidWorks or AutoCAD for example. But a few basic functions like length and radius would go a long way in making engineering tools or learning resources with Geogebra.

Like image below. Linear dmemsions should work in any direction. And diamerters and radi shouldn't be too hard.
