Here is our bug report on GGtube: https://www.geogebra.org/st...

This is an error report from Rokas Tamosiunas and Bea Kristinsdóttir. This file was created at Jussi Kytömäki's workshop at the Nordic Geogebra Conference in Ylöjärvi, Finland on November 2nd 2014. We draw a sphere with center at the origin and radius 3, put a point A on the sphere surface, create a circle parallel to the xy-Plane through A, and create a cone based on the circle and toppoint origin. Now we measure the volume of the cone as we move point A up and down. To visualize the volume we made point B=(z[A],volume of the cone) and set trace on. The strange fact is that as A is moved up it follows a different path than when it is moved down! To explain what we mean, we made a screencast which can be found here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/e...
