[bug] 3d graphics view is white

GeoGebra 5.0.484.0 11 August 2018 Java 1.8.0_121-64bit

ubuntu 16.04

xorg uses latest video drivers.


Run geogebra. Choose menu "view" -> "3d graphics". Problem: 3d graphics view is always white. Some output of geogebra from terminal":


Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0-FPSAWTAnimator-Timer0" java.lang.RuntimeException: javax.media.opengl.GLException: AWT-EventQueue-0: X11GLXContext.createContextImpl ctx !ARB, profile > GL2 requested (OpenGL >= 3.0.1). Requested: GLProfile[GL3bc/GL3bc.hw], current: 3.0 (Compat profile, ES2 compat, FBO, hardware) - 3.0 Mesa 18.0.5

Can you please fix this. "3d graphics" view work in electron and online versions of geogebra. Why it is not worked with java version?

3D View not working on GeoGebra 6

Try adding the line

app.commandLine.appendSwitch('ignore-gpu-blacklist', 'true');

after the line

const {app, BrowserWindow, Menu} = require('electron');

which is around line 24 in resources/app/main.js
