Blank Drop-down Lists

Alex shared this problem 5 years ago
Solved

I have an applet (https://www.geogebra.org/m/au7at5kt) which is a random quiz. It has two drop-down lists. The ggb file works fine in my desktop computer. But the same version in GeoGebraTube sometimes returns two blank drop-down lists in which nothing can be chosen (see attached). I run my desktop ggb file many times but the problem does not happen. Please advice.

Thanks,

Alex

Which browser and OS?

I tried in Firefox and Chrome in Win7 and it seems working fine.

I am using Chrome in Win7. The probability of occurring is around 1/20. You may need to tried more times.

Btw, the same problem occurred in iPad Safari.

Do you have any errors in the browser's console (F12) when you get the problem?

Yes. See attached. Thanks.

Thanks, that's helpful!

Does this work any better? If not please post the console output again (it will give more information with this test version)

The problem is still there. Also there are some errors appearing in the console even when the drop-down lists are not blank. See attached.

Btw, I find that my drop-downs are prone to errors when "c" is small, particularly when c=4.

I've tested many times. The error has not occurred. Thanks.

But level 1 is missing in the "Level" drop-down list.

Oops, please try this one (hopefully all working now :) )

I was able to reproduce this but not reliably. It occurred on the second question I tried on level 3. I reloaded and repeated, but I was unable to repeat the bug a second time.

I am using chrome (v. 55 on Linux).
