Animated GIF help

Not a Problem

I have set the onclick script of a button to:

ExportImage("filename", "image.gif", "type", "gif", "slider", slider_{β}, "loop", true, "time", 500, "scale", 2)

But I get no response when clicking the button. There is no error message either. Nothing.

I tested the attached file in both GGB Classic 5 and 6.

Edit : i confused GeoGebra5 and 6 : with GeoGebra 5 we don't wait : we can use GeoGebra immediately, but nothing happens

It is written in help :

"Some syntaxes aren't supported in GeoGebra 5 Classic"

(even the first syntax ExportImage("filename", "image.png") is not supported..)

So, the command doesn't work with GeoGebra 5

With GeoGebra 6, it works : you have to wait a long time, and pop up comes

I said you, in an other post that you must close Properties windows

(if not, buttons doesn't work..)

Hi

Your syntax is good..

With GeoGebra 6, you have to wait some seconds.. After, you have a pop up where you can choose where you want to save..

With GeoGebra 5, you wait long time (you can't do anything) and after, when you can use GeoGebra again, nothing happens. And no file is saved (i looked in all my Mac..)

You are correct. I could only make the command work in GeoGebra 6. In GeoGebra 5 it did not work. Also, in GeoGebra 5 there was no error message, which is very bad! The button simply did nothing.

It is also interesting that I cannot press a button in GeoGebra 6 while the the Properties window is open. Why not? Why is there once again no error message?

With properties window opened, you can't in GeoGebra 6 and 5..!
