analysis of data with given frequency

In GG5 I can statisticly analyse different sorts of data (seperate data, data with given frequency...) using the option wheel icon. When in GG6, after selecting some cells I click on the analysis tool, I immediately get a histogram, and I don't see the option to define a set of data with given frequency. Am I missing something (and where?) or am I limited to analyse seperate numbers?

in september two teacher trainings on statistics have been scheduled for the 3rd and the 10th of may. That a syllabus is outdated because a recent new version is one thing. But somehow I'd like to be able to give an updated training, or maybe we have to cancel it because all the different possibilities of input are canceled in GG6.

Please give me at least some information of the changes in input.

I know how to create things with commands in the input bar. But of course in GG5, in the module statistics I had not to warry bout any window settings. Is the input of data with frequencies or histograms grouped data sil possible by the Analysis tool, or restrected to the input bar?

We're adding that in soon (not with a dialog, just by selecting two columns of data)

The one-variable analysis tool now works with two columns of data in the new release today!

that was indeed 'very soon' Michael. All together the Statistic window has improved very much. All features are more obvious in use without dialog procedures. Really nice and clear!

The introduction of GG6 reminds me of the situation at home where a contractor is doing some renovation works, while I keep on living in the house. Unforseen problems occur, some problem solving has go together with the plans made and for some weeks the comfort is and will be less than before. But trusting the capability of the contractor and keeping the conversation going I'm sure within some weeks the house will be improved.

Succes with the problem solving and the aim of making GG better.
