in many languages(like vb, C#), a GUI component ("control") has a property named "tag",
the tag is for customer info, so program can save a little info in the object.
program can use it.
would geogebra has this feature?
thanks!

I only give an example for a not visible comment in the caption ( in your example % color=red)
if you want the color of object visible eliminate the % char (not %n)
in this case (no Latex) you can delete $ also
I do not know a GGB commad for getcaption but you can control the caption with a counter of clicks over the object in a script of the objects ( I do not know the details but I am sure it is possible)
saludos
You can use "Caption" for this
ie: I have ceated an ellipse with three points
then I put in caption this: $ %f % esta ellipse tiene este comentario $
the blanks are important and %f is translated automatically
also comments in first lines of on click scripts
thank you, mathmagic. (but i did not get the example).
I make an example: copy the triangle and click it, the color will change.
I only know "ggbApplet.getCaption()" in javascript, Is there a GGB command to GetCaption?
