After updating online applet I get this erro: err_lost_backup

Hi,
I tried to update this applet

and an error pop up when I click on save and close: err_lost_backup
I deleted the applet to add the new version, but now it keeps showing me the same error.
Is it possible to update it? Or do I need to make a new one?

The same problem 
I am experiencing the same error when trying to save any activities that contain an applet. I'm working out of the browser and I've tried changing browsers, opening in a private windows, and trying different applets, but all of them cause the err_lost_backup right now.
I tried again now in a PC and I get the same error

For me saving pictures causes the error "err_lost_backup".
In all of my activities, I've narrowed the problem down to pictures, applets and PDFs. It will save everything else just fine. If I copy the activity, I can include and save two or three pictures/applets (that it wouldn't save before) before the error pops up again.
Please try now, should be fixed
