Add LaPlace Transforms commands (functions) to the CAS for solving differential equations

To give Geogebra a true feel for use in a professional setting we should start to look at using it for solving advanced problems in mathematics like those seen in engineering. Geogebra will likely never replace MathCAD, Maple, or Mathematica as these are very capable tools that can do almiost everything except picking up a latte from Starbucks. But when we consider that these bloated (and expensive) applications are often just used to solve a very limited set of problems like LaPlace Transforms it is easy to see how adding this functionality could raise interest in using Geogebra instead.

Thank you so much. This is exactly what I was looking for.
