Account is banned by Geogebra

Good morning Mr or Miss

My name is Jamhari, I am a high school teacher. I have a problem when I am creating the book, my GeoGebra account is banned. I don't know why it can happen or what is my mistake. Actually, I would like to do the research to my students by using my projects in my created GeoGebra book in the next week. So that, could you help me to repair my account, please? or what should I do to get back my GeoGebra account and my GeoGebra book?

It seems that my students who submitted their IDs to me on Friday have been unbanned, thank you! For future reference, did they all get banned because they signed in with their school IDs instead of "real" usernames? I would like to try to avoid this happening again.

Sorry, those should now all work.

Yes, I think real names look less like "spammers" but we'll try and make sure numbers work too :)
