A -ve fraction and the nuerator and denominator commands.

Answered

e is a -ve fraction, f is the numerator and g is the denominator. Does anyone know why sometimes g is -ve and sometimes f is -ve? I just want the numerator to be -ve in all cases like this.

try

f = sgn(Denominador(e)) Numerador(e)

g = abs(Denominador(e))

Thanks, we'll fix that soon. In the meantime mathmagic's workaround is good!

Bonjour

It's fixed only in CAS !

The mathmagic's solution only work if the expression is not with x.

I don't think it makes sense to "fix" it for expressions with x - x could be negative

Thanks for your help !

My problem is not the solution of mathmagic : it's correct , but doesn't give the numerator with a x.

My problem is that Geogebra give differents answers with Denominator but not everytime (correct answer in CAS):
