A summary of main problems encountered
Hi Murkle,
Here is a summary of main problems encountered. In fact, most interesting files don’t work with the compiler. These ones have Geogebra scripts and are more difficult to realize. Here are some ones with script errors:

Simplest ones run well:

I encountered other problems: here are some examples of successful compiler, but nothing appears; perhaps some commands are not yet implemented,

Another very surprising problem: a triangle which wasn’t in the original file appears in the compiled version: (move de red point)

Can you reformulate
If[e, Sequence[K_0 (2) ℯ^(ί (2k + 1) π w t / 2) / ((2k + 1) π w), k, 0, n], Sequence[K_0 (2) (-1)^(k + 1) ℯ^(ί k π w (t - π) / 2) / (k π), k, 1, n]]
as Sequence[Sequence[... then I think it might work

Spreadsheet won't be supported
Drop-down lists not supported yet

I've got this working locally if I remove the Locus (not supported yet). Not working yet on GeoGebraTube for some reason...
Strange, haven't solved this yet :)
Sorry, ignore that
Hi Murkle,
Thank you very much for your answers and your efforts. :D
Cheers,
Phil
More progress :)

Hi Murkle,
Very nice : The ghost disappeared ! :DThank you.

Problem with the animation (you can start it manually)

Input boxes not quite working yet :)
Hi Murkle,
Ok,But it seems to go faster: It is anyway good news! :D :D
Thank you again,

Hi Murkle,
Here is another example from control theory where compilation failed:
http://ggbtu.be/mACtnDu43
compilation error
Did black.ServerCompileHTML5.main (ServerCompileHTML5.java:127)
Date of compilation
October 30, 2014 - 2:14 PM
Compile time build
October 9, 2014 - 11:40 AM
The problem comes certainly from the use of the NSolveODE[] command (perhaps not yet implemented)
kind regards,
Phil
