Needs Answer

Hello,

I am trying to use area=length*width dynamically using input boxes

For example, if 2 of the variables are input, the formula of third variable is displayed and its value is calculated.

I have attempted in this geogebra sheet but i am unable to.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Rajiv

Thanks.

But if the length and its area are given, i want to create input boxes for 2 known quantities and display the formula and value for the unknown.

I means that i want to do a scripting like

case 1 input length and width, output area

case 2 input length and area, output width

case 3 input area and width, output length

hello

you can change only one input at the same time. then you must decide what other dimension change.

suppose you have length=4 width=5 area=20 and you type in area 180; then do you need length=36 width=5 or length=4 width=45 or length=12 width=15?

when you know you want we can do you want

and input any 2 of the 3 variables and solve for third one.

Is it possible inn Geogebra
