I want to show the result of rotating a graph to students.

Is there a function to rotate a graph giving the center of rotation and rotation angle?

You can do this using the Rotate command (eg. Rotate[f, 45°, (0,0)]).

BTW how do you add that ruler parameter to control the rotation angle?
