a command to rotate a graph
Answered
I want to show the result of rotating a graph to students.
Is there a function to rotate a graph giving the center of rotation and rotation angle?

You can do this using the Rotate command (eg. Rotate[f, 45°, (0,0)]).
You can fancy it up by making it dynamic, too:

Thanks for your reply.
The answer is prefect and complete. I was looking for that.
BTW how do you add that ruler parameter to control the rotation angle?
