Yes, only affine transforms are supported:

Thank you for the answer, but it is only 3-corners transformation well documentated in GeoGebra manual !
Affine transformation is a function between affine spaces which preserves points, straight lines and planes. Also, sets of parallel lines remain parallel after an affine transformation. And from this reason transformation from rectangle shape to trapezoid is impossible.

Perhaps in GeoGebra Script it is impossible, but in JavaScript Script it may be possible ?
